Ideal for Christmas celebrations

I was really impressed by the entertainment, a tribute to Michael Buble, such a vibe.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know what? Worth every penny.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Stanwell, had much fun and met extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating staff who are always prepared to go the extra mile on service. The location couldn't be more good to the Tescos extra cafe. All in all everything was modern, though we had not clean bathroom...

The rooms were brilliant and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The staff even packed us a goody box for our early morning. I'd definitely return!

Single room was ready when we arrived. Pleased it had a bathtub. The location of the hotel was peaceful, in London area. Apart from that, Staines Moor Country Park was 10 minutes' drive away.

The location in a nice quiet area was tranquil and easy and there were shopping centers and a market nearby.

The grounds and dining room of this hotel were beautiful. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately, I found the washroom facilities to be quite poor. The shower did not drain and the door stuck repeatedly. Soap and towels were also scarce. The television was extremely small...I question this hotel's current 5 star rating.

The location is super close to the airport. What stood out was the amazing service by kelly. Her readiness to help, even beyond her shift, was amazing and left a great impression.

Staff were all excellent, food was good, room was lovely. Would definately reccomend this hotel to friends, and stay there again.

Did not replace tea and coffee when cleaning, but a small insognificance considering all else.

NIce staff, very good restaurant, impressive breakfast.

At one side of the house there plane could be noisy.

Great Time with the Diana Ross Show!

We had a blast at the Diana Ross tribute show! The food was delish, especially for us vegans-shoutout to Chef Maggie for making us feel included. Our room was super clean and comfy. Slept like a baby. Only thing is, the bar area could use a bit more flair. Still, totally worth it.

Continue to love this hotel! Staff is stellar!

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms were basic and lacked ventilation. No windows, only a door to the outside that could be opened which resulted in it being very noisy as next to Heathrow especially and a potential security problem.

Comfortable room with beautifully cooked food, but minimal complaints overall.

Staff were friendly & helpful, hotel was modern & very clen, lovely spacious bathroom.Nice restaurant & lovely breakfast with lots of variety We stayed in an executive room no 6 which was very comfortable & spacious,nice patio area into a small garden.

The Hotel was faultless apart from having no air conditioning in the bedrooms.The rooms got very warm in july when we stayed which wasn't a problem opening the patio doors when we were there in the day.But we couldn't leave our patio doors open at night as we on the ground floor & there was no other windows.The corridoors leading to the rooms were very warm too in the day.So my only complaint is that the hotel really needs air con.Restaurant & other reception rooms were nice & airy & spacious Apart from that a lovely hotel,good food & friendly staff.
